From Figma to a native iOS prototype.

If your design already lives in Figma, you do not have to start from a text prompt. Claude Code and Codex can connect to the Figma MCP server, read your frames, and rebuild them in Prototo as native iOS layouts that you can then make interactive and share as a link.

Steps

Connect the Figma MCP server to Claude Code or Codex (Figma's docs cover the one-time setup).
In Figma, copy the link to the frame you want.
In Prototo Desktop, ask the agent: "Rebuild this Figma frame as a native iOS screen: <link>".
Check it in the live preview, then describe what should be interactive: navigation, sheets, gestures, motion.
Click Publish to share it as a native iPhone prototype.

Tips

Go one frame at a time, and name the screens so the agent can link them.
Ask for native iOS components where your frame draws them by hand (tab bars, sheets, lists), so they behave like iOS.
Keep a DESIGN.md with your colors and type so every screen stays consistent.
